The WSWC Fall (188th) Council Meetings will be held in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on October 24-26, 2018.

(Step 1) MEETING REGISTRATION:   Registration is required for all WSWC members and meeting attendees.

Our Idaho hosts have arranged a field trip for Council members and their guests. We will gather in the meeting room at 12:00 p,m. for a pre-departure presentation over lunch.

(Step 2) Optional FIELD TRIP REGISTRATION Advanced registration for the field trip is requested by October 10th.
Tour information:  Our Idaho hosts have arranged for a half-day afternoon field trip on Wednesday, October 24 to tour the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site and the environmental cleanup and restoration work that is occurring in areas contaminated by mining waste in the Coeur d’Alene River Watershed and Coeur d’Alene Lake. During the tour we will observe construction clean-up activities occurring at the central tailings impoundment area in Kellogg, ID, visit headwater drainage water quality treatment projects, observe municipal flooding and stormwater protection measures and construction projects, and learn about the Coeur d’Alene Lake management plan.

Guest Room Accommodations

The WSWC meetings are being held at The Coeur d’Alene Golf & Spa Resort located at 115 South 2nd Street, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho  83814. Western States Water Council’s (WSWC) group guest room rates are $93, single or double occupancy in the North Wing or Park Tower.  For rooms requested in the Lake Tower, the rate is $169 per night.

  • Valet Parking: $22 per night
  • Self-Parking: $18 per night

Reservations Method

All attendees must identify themselves as a member of the Group, Western States Water Council, to receive the Group rate.  Individual reservations can be made by calling the Hotel’s Reservation Department at 1-888-965-6542 or online at the link Western State Water Council ReservationGuests can change or cancel reservations up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a forfeiture of deposit.

Cut-Off DateSeptember 23, 2018.  After this cut-off date, reservations will only be accepted on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
