The WSWC Summer (193rd) Meetings will be held in Cody, Wyoming on July 22-24, 2020.

Guest Room Accommodations:
The meetings will be held at the Buffalo Bill Cabin Village located at 1701 Sheridan Avenue in Cody, Wyoming. Guest rooms are being held in the name of the Western States Water Council. The guest room government rates are for single/double occupancy at $172 per night.
Check-in after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Contact the hotel directly at 1-307-587-5544, extension 610 and mention the Western States Water Council to secure a reservation at the group room rate of $172/night.
The quoted rates will be extended one day prior and one day after the event to accommodate travel needs.
Any reservations requested after the cut-off shall be accepted, based on availability, and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
Cancellation: To avoid a one-night’s lodging fee, advise the Hotel a minimum of 72 hours prior to date of arrival of any change in planned length of stay.

The meetings will be held in the Holiday Inn Cody at Buffalo Bill Village.
Flights to Cody Yellowstone Airport (COD) can be obtained through SkyWest/Delta Airlines, SkyWest/United Express and Mesa Airlines/United Express. The airport is about 3 miles from the Holiday Inn-Buffalo Bill Village.
Vehicle rental agencies at the airport include Avis, Budget, Hertz and Thrifty. Holiday Inn-Buffalo Bill Village does not offer free airport shuttle service.
